1. Registration and Payment
Registration for the course is completed via the online form provided on the website. All registration fees must be paid in full at the time of registration through an external payment processor (Stripe). Registrations are only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

2. Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through Stripe, a third-party payment service provider. While the Organization does not store full credit card information, it retains the last four digits of the card number submitted at registration to verify and link the payment to the registrant. All other financial data related to payment is subject to Stripe’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are allowed only for compelling reasons, and any requests must be submitted in writing to the Organization. Refunds for cancellations due to valid reasons will be handled on a case-by-case basis, and the Organization reserves the right to assess the justification for each cancellation request. No refunds will be provided for cancellations without a compelling reason.

4. Course Modifications and Cancellations by the Organizer
The Organization reserves the right to modify the course program, instructors, or schedule as necessary. In the unlikely event that the course must be canceled or rescheduled, registered participants will be notified promptly. In case of course cancellation by the Organization, a full refund of the registration fee will be issued. The Organization is not liable for any additional costs incurred by participants, including but not limited to travel or accommodation expenses.

5. Data Privacy
Personal data provided during registration will be processed in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Data will be used solely for course-related communications, and the last four digits of the credit card number will be retained to verify payment. 6. Liability
The Organization is not responsible for any personal injuries, loss, or damage to personal property during the course. Participation is at the participant’s own risk, and the Organization disclaims any liability for incidental or consequential damages.

7. Acceptance of Terms
